    Oh No!

We stopped at a service station on the drive from Glasgow to Newcastle. On my way to the gents, out of the corner of my eye, I saw the most incredible toy frog with orange eyes. It looked so sad hiding in the corner trying to avoid associating with the furry bees and purple fish which seemed to over run the place.

As I got closer to the machine I realised that in order to retrieve this magical frog from its glass prison I would have to use a degree of skill and hand-eye coordination that few possess. Fortunately, I'm a drummer ;) Although the machine said 'guaranteed win every time' I didn't want a furry bee, I had to save Mr Frog.

Then I saw the sign : Out Of Order, sorry for any inconvenience

It's nice of them to apologise. I made me wonder though - how exactly is it an inconvenience that a crappy-toy-grabber is out of order? Do people often make the journey to Allandale services to play the CTG machine?
