What the fork?
We played Bristol last night. I've seen better venues. This is the only gig I've ever done where they had a fork taped to the snare mic. Why? Apparently the spacing of the prongs amplifies some of the high-mids and adds a pleasing crispness to the sound. Sterling silver dinnerware is preferable. Well, that or it's to stop me breaking the mic when I hit it with my stick.
