Raw beef with raw eggs. Only the French. The restaurant was really nice and I felt that I should try this delicacy. The problem was that frog's legs and snails were also on the menu - I was being pulled in 3 directions. I opted for the salad in the end - raw vegetables. I know it sounds gross but it was actually pretty good.
