It costs 50c unless you're a child (or a dwarf) in which case it's free and you can get in through this cut out. The photo is of the back side of the kids' entrance and is labelled 'emergency exit.' The thought of people fleeing from the mens room in an emergency, all trying to contort themselves to escape through this child-shaped hole, amused me so I took a photo of it. I imagine I left the German urinators thinking we Brits have strange taste in holiday snaps.
