We all do. It takes a lot to bake a great cake from scratch using real ingredients - no Betty Crocker B/S. This fine example was baked and presented with love and appreciation by super - fan Linda, who many of you have met at shows (VKnit on the forum). She has also constructed amazing sweaters with flying v motifs and now this example of her culinary excellence.
The 40th Anniversary fruitcake has gravitas, poundage and serious low - end, being laced with Scotch whiskey - we enjoyed it post show with a cuppa and marvelled at it's moistness, fullness and flavour.
