On the home page of wishboneash.com sign up to the newsletter (top left). Once you've subscribed (or if you're already signed up) then type your registered email into the subscribe box for a second time and click subscribe again. This time you'll see a link to the "VIP Backstage Area". In there you'll find the preorder form for the Tshirts.
It should be pretty easy to work out. You can click a tshirt to see a larger version. Use the click to order button to bring up size options for a tshirt, choose the numbers/sizes you want then click 'add to pre-order'
Your order status is saved every time you make a change and the summary is shown on the right.
Once you've chosen what you want choose a gig from the drop down (top left) and click the 'set pickup gig'
Your Tshirts will be waiting for you at the specified gig and will be held under the name you signed up for the Newsletter with (it tells you this when you click the 'Complete' button)
Any problems you should be able to get help in the Forum.
