    Chewable toothbrush?

I think these things are gross. They've been around for a few years now and I don't know anyone who's ever actually chewed one.

I found the notice on this one particularly amusing. In case you can't read it in the picture it says:
"This machine is fitted with a wireless intelligent secure enclosure paging alarm system. A member of staff will be notified in any event of tamper."

A few questions come to mind.
    1. What the *&*£ is a WISEPAS? (I made up the acronym)

    2. If you were a member of staff working at this particular service station and your pager went off with the message "PCTBTIMT" (short code for "potential chewable toothbrush theft in mens toilet") would you do anything about it? I don't think I'd want to have to confront the kind of person who feels the need to steal a chewable toothbrush.

    3. If anything in this picture is going to get stolen I suspect it would be the WISEPAS which sounds amazing. I wonder if there's a WISEPAS protecting the WISEPAS.

    4. The last picture shows that these things are recyclable. Does that mean they wash them and put them back in the machine?
