My little sister is going trekking in Nepal in September to raise money for the Prince's Trust. She'll be walking for 8 or 9 hours a day in high altitude - I checked the website and it looks pretty hardcore!
In case you didn't know there are more than one million young people in the UK not in education, employment or training. The Prince's Trust focuses its efforts on those people who need our help the most.
